Are you ready for your career to take off?

We employ over 16,000 people, over 51 international units and approximately 100 manufacturing sites worldwide. Working with TransDigm starts with a 2-Year program of four 6-month rotational assignments at a selection of operating units. Available rotations in Operations, Product Development, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain. You will work with a senior leader as your mentor who will coach you to help you accomplish your goals. Working with us allows you to be the next generation of Aerospace Leaders mentored by our leadership team, who are invested in your success.

Following the tremendous success of our well established US programme, we are proud to launch the Management Development Programme in Europe and the UK.

The programme gives a fantastic opportunity for participants to use their University Degree in a variety of industry settings, expanding on their learning with practical experience and guidance, and ultimately progressing to become a future leader of our organisation.
